Information we collect

When you place an order, we receive the details you enter at checkout, such as your name, billing and delivery address, phone number, email address if provided, products ordered, and order notes. When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share. The site may also record technical information needed to operate it, such as an IP address, browser information, and essential cart or session cookies.

How we use information

We use order information to process and deliver purchases, answer questions, handle returns or cancellations, maintain business records, and protect the site. Cash on delivery is the current payment method; this website does not collect payment card details at checkout. We do not send marketing messages based solely on an order.

Cookies and service providers

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and similar storage to keep the cart and checkout working. Hosting, delivery, and other service providers may process information where needed to operate the site or fulfill an order. We do not sell customer personal information.

Maps

The Contact page includes a map supplied by Google. Loading that map may share technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, with Google. You can use the written address and phone number without opening the map.

Storage and security

Order information is stored in the website’s database and kept as needed for fulfillment, support, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us about the personal information connected with your order and request a correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business reasons.
